Toys R Us Taking Heat For Carrying ‘Breaking Bad’ Action Figures

The action figure marketplace is targeted at boys, but the actual purchase power is seen in adult men who will collect just about anything memorable. This is part of the motivation of a mother from Fort Myers, Florida, who launched a petition at to have “Breaking Bad” action figures removed from the shelves Toys R Us. ‘Susan Myers’, petition, seen here, opens with, “Toys R Us is well known around the world for their vast selection of toys for children of all ages. However their decision to sell a Breaking Bad doll, complete with a detachable sack of cash and a bag of meth, alongside children’s toys is a dangerous deviation from their family friendly values.” ‘Daniel Pickett’ of Manhattan Beach, California, is offering up a counter petition, seen here lobbying for the kids of adult ages and requesting to keep ‘Breaking Bad’ and all other adult collector action figures on store shelves.
