Lorde’s ‘Royals’ Banned From San Francisco Radio Stations During 2014 World Series

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Lorde’s hit song “Royals” released back last year. Unless you are a baseball fan that lives in San Francisco. The San Francisco Giants begin play against the Kansas City Royals in the 2014 World Series tomorrow, but two radio stations in the city by the bay is taking a preemptive strike against the current unofficial rally song for the Kansas City team. KFOG Radio and 96.5 KOIT announced on Twitter their decision to not play the song until after a champion is crowned.
